Availability

We offer short breaks of three or four nights, usually commencing on the Monday or Friday. The price per night is from £300 for the accommodation, for up to four people. We also consider enquiries for seven day bookings, if available. To check availability and make a booking, or if you have any questions, please telephone or email using the details on the contact page, and we will return your call or email straight away.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING

Upon booking we will require a non-refundable deposit which is one third of the total price of stay, with the balance due six weeks prior to the date of arrival. Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or after the due date may be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the client.

Please be aware that a booking is provisional until a deposit is received and is held for two days. On receipt of the deposit we will send the confirmation.

If a booking is made one month or less before the start of the stay, we require full payment. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer (BACS) or PayPal.

Lakes Boathouse is only let for a maximum of four people, and under no circumstances must the number of persons visiting the property exceed four
people in any one booking.
