CANCELLATION 

In the event of a cancellation, which must be in writing to the owner, every effort will be made to re-let the property, however, if the property cannot be
re-let the full fee is payable. Clients are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

NOISE AND DISTURBANCE

Lakes Boathouse is situated in private grounds and out of consideration to neighbours and the environment, no loud music is to be played after 9 pm.

DIRECTIONS ACCESS AND DEPARTURE

Directions will be emailed in advance of arrival date. Arrangements for the collection of the key will be made in advance of arrival. On departure the keys must be left where arranged with the owner.

Earliest check in is from 4.00 pm but no later than 11.00 pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00 am.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or near the doors or
balcony.

PETS

Regrettably location is not suitable for pets.

CHILDREN

Lakes Boathouse is not suitable for children under 8 years due to proximity of lake and balcony.

SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR BREAKAGES OF DAMAGE

The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in
the same state of repair condition, cleanliness and tidiness as at the commencement of the rental period.

A refundable security bond of £200 is applicable to all bookings. The client is required to inform the owner of any breakages or damage to the property. The client is bound to reimburse the owner for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs for damage caused by the client. These costs will be taken from
the security deposit, which will be refunded in full after the stay, and after the property has been inspected and left in order. We do not charge for small
breakages.

LIABILITY

The owners of Lakes Boathouse are not liable for any loss or damage to any client’s property or any property belonging to a member of the client’s party
howsoever caused.
